Montreal Advances to Conference Finals

The Montreal Canadiens have pulled off another huge upset in the Stanley Cup playoffs, beating the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-2 in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Brian Gionta had two power-play goals and Mike Cammalleri scored his seventh goal of the series as the Canadiens knocked out the reigning NHL champions. Montreal had beaten Washington, the top seeds, in the previous round.
